OYO GOVERNMENT Begins Phase 1 Road Rehabilitation in Oyo State. His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde has given OYSROMA the official instruction to begin the rehabilitation of roads that are in poor states, this process will be done in phases to eradicate all potholes and will be done across all other zones in the state. Hon. Busoye Ogunlade who is the OYSROMA chairman confirmed that measurement has started on this roads, as engineers and the agency staff are all on the roads to start the Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation BEME The chairman also urged Oyo state residents to kindly desist from refuse dumping in the drainage system as its one of the major reason for the deplorable state of some roads. I also emphasized that the roles of teachers in the primary school setting is second to none and that teachers are vital resources to every society. Therefore, I urged the executive arm of government through Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) to as a matter of urgency take necessary steps to employ required and duly qualified teachers to primary schools across the state to fill the existing vacancies and safeguard the educational policy of the present administration.
