The lawmaker who's team visited the scene of the incident,said the disaster is pathetic,as goods of unquantifiable price were destroyed. In a chat with the President of the Ibadan Motor Spare-parts Dealers Union during the visit, Honourable Owolabi prays that God almighty replenishes the seemingly immeasurable loss of the traders to the fire incident. The market leader Alhaji Waheed Gbolagade,said he was alerted as the fire outbreak began at 12:00am Saturday night.  He commended the efforts of Men of Oyo State Fire Service,as they were on hand to suppress the pressure of the inferno.
