IBSWLG Chairman, Hon.Kehinde Akande Swears in Adebanjo Raphael Sunday as Council Secretary, Moruf Lawal as Assistant Secretary

 

Ibadan South West Local Government  witnessed a significant event yesterday as Hon. Kehinde Akande, the Chairman of the local government, swore in Adebanjo Raphael Sunday as the new Council Secretary.
The ceremony, which took place at the Local Government Secretariat, was attended by dignitaries, council members, and staff. Hon. Akande, in his remarks, expressed his confidence in the newly appointed Council Secretary, stating that Adebanjo's contribution would be invaluable to the council.

Furthermore, the council chairman also announced the appointment of Moruf Lawal as the Assistant Secretary of the Ibadan South West Local Government Council. This appointment was made to further strengthen the administrative structure of the council and ensure the smooth implementation of its policies and programs. Moruf Lawal, with his wealth of experience and expertise, is expected to provide invaluable support to the Council Secretary, Adebanjo Raphael Sunday, and the entire council in achieving its goals and objectives.


Adebanjo Raphael Sunday, in his acceptance speech, thanked Hon. Akande and the entire council for the trust placed in him. He promised to discharge his duties with diligence, integrity, and transparency, ensuring the effective administration of the council.
