IBSWLG : Akande Marks 100 Days in Office with Infrastructure Boost, Security Enhancement, and Educational Advancement



Honourable Kehinde Akande, Chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government, has marked his 100 days in office with the commissioning of a newly built PTS Office Complex in Owode Apata. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency and productivity, showcasing Hon. Akande's commitment to infrastructure development and effective governance.
In addition, Hon. Akande has donated a security patrol vehicle to the Oluyole Police Station to strengthen security and foster a safer community. The donated vehicle is fully equipped to enhance patrols, rapid response, and crime prevention in the Oluyole axis.
Furthermore, Hon. Akande has rewarded students who participated in the summer school program with cash prizes and free exercise books, recognizing their outstanding performance and participation.

Alhaja Bose Adedibu, in her remarks, praised Honourable Akande for his outstanding achievements within the first 100 days of his second term in office. She specifically commended him for the newly built PTS Office Complex in Owode Apata. Alhaja Adedibu then urged the PMS workers to fully utilize the facility, emphasizing its potential to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
At the handover ceremony of the security patrol vehicle to DPO Ayoola Odofin of Oluyole Police Station, Honourable Aleshinloye, a distinguished leader in Ibadan South West Local Government, commended Honourable Akande for his generous contribution. He expressed his trust in the Oluyole Police Division, assuring that they would leverage the vehicle to bolster security networks and ensure the well-being of citizens within the local government area.

Honourable Moruf Balogun, Party Chairman, extolled the visionary leadership of Honourable Kehinde Akande, applauding his transformative initiatives in the educational sector and the remarkable achievements within the initial 100 days of his second term. He praised Honourable Akande's unwavering commitment to fostering meaningful development and improvement in the local government area. 
At the event, Honourable Tajudeen Adigun, the political head of Ibadan West, offered his insights on the significant strides made by the local government within the initial 100 days of their second tenure. Fellow leaders who addressed the gathering also shared their sincere hopes and expectations for the local government's future progress and accomplishments during the same timeframe.
