Hon. Mrs. Mary Esomior, the political head and administrator of Ibadan East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), warmly welcomed Her Excellency Engr. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, the First Lady of Oyo State, to flag off a free medical outreach program at Alafaara, Ibadan, on Monday, April 7, 2025.
