_MARKET POLL:_ Exhilaration as Alhaji Waheed Gbolagade/ Comrade Kazeem Opatola Alaja elected as President and vice president of Araromi Spare Parts Market



The market leaders of the popular Ibadan market , the Araromi Spare Parts conducted an election to elect the new president that will lead the affairs of association in next four years .
The election was between the two strong contenders , Com Alimi Kamoru AKA Kogbakodija ( the present vice president of the market ) and Alhaji Waheed Gbolagade Alias Pele , the election was conducted by the electoral body of the market which consist of Leaders and Elders of the market.


At the end of the exercise , Alhaji Waheed Gbolagade scored 13 while Comrade Alimi Kogbakodija scored 0 . The electoral empire declared Alhaji Waheed as the dully elected President of the market after he was able to secure the majority of the total cast votes by the eligible electorates .


" Alhaji Waheed Gbolagade is a philanthropist and a son of the soil which has done greatly for everyone in this market , his contribution towards the development of this market can never be underestimated  , it's a pleasure to everyone in this market to witness today as we now have a round peg in a round hole . The newly elected president , Alhaji Waheed has been there for everyone and we shall give him absolute support any day " said a market leader , Baba Salami Kamoru.

The elected president said he dedicated his victory to Almighty God and the good people of the market.
