Being okay with rupture & repair. And choosing to be someone who is honest when they’re hurt, needing something else, not wanting to be a part of something, asking for what they want, and communicating with the intention of understanding, hearing and honoring both people (not with winning or being right) 
Letting your walls down - we don’t do competition and comparison- we do compassion and I rise you rise.

Creating intimacy  yourself, so that you in fact feel rooted and safe in yourself and can invite in friendships with Colleague who feel safe and trusting.
